PointsBet’s DEI Unit Gets New Vice President

Global online operator PointsBet has appointed Dr. Eric Lee as its new Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).

As the New VP of DEI, Lee will be in charge of all PointsBet’s DEI-related efforts and initiatives. He will also lead the DEI Committee and help direct a long-term strategic approach to see the bookmaker become a more diverse and inclusive organization and workplace.

Lee was appointed because of his years and level of experience in the field. Prior to his appointment at PointsBet, he was the Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Colorado college.

He has also gathered experience in academic, corporate, and leadership roles, which has helped him become a human resource leader, especially in hiring and executing high-impact diversity and retention initiatives.

He is known for executing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion plan for Fortune 500 company TEKsystems. With his leadership development program, the company was able to identify, retain, and promote top-performing people of color throughout the organization.

Due to its success, the program model became the go-to TEKsystems’ talent source for formal sales, executive, and operation leadership programs.
