B90 Acquires Spinbookie from Entercreation

B90 holdings have announced an agreement with Entercreation to purchase a number of its assets, including the domain, business, intellectual property, and 100% of the operations of Spinbookie.com, an online sportsbook, and casino.

Spinbookie is a fully functional gambling destination that operates on BetConstruct, a popular platform. The website runs under a Curacao gambling license, and it is fully operational, complete with compliant payment options.

B90 is hoping to bring the website to new and complementary markets to its existing operations and expand its reach into new territories in South Africa.

Furthermore, B90 has also collected £596,800 through a subscription of close to five million new ordinary shares of no-par value in the capital of the company with several existing investors at a price of 12p. The net proceeds will be used to increase the company’s working capital and facilitate its expansion.

The acquisition of Spinbookie continues the development of our business. We believe this is a good acquisition for the company as it is planned to accelerate our timeline to profitability, as well as add a valuable new domain to our online real estate. By utilizing our recently signed affiliate deal with Nordic Group, as well as our other, well-established direct-to-customer marketing initiatives, we will introduce the Spinbookie brand into new and different markets, facilitating more growth and accelerating customer acquisition.
