Spinomenal Gains Licence to Enter Peru's Regulated Market
Spinomenal, the online technology developer and provider, has announced it has been granted a gaming license to operate in Peru by the regulatory gaming authority, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR).

The developer creates innovative gaming content and boasts a portfolio of more than 100 games, adding up to three new titles each month. Following the gaming approval in Peru, players in that country will be able to enjoy titles including Majestic King and Demi Gods V.

Peru Introduces New Gaming Licence Legislation
Last year in the Peruvian gaming market MINCETUR issued a decree to regulate gambling in the jurisdiction and introduced law number 31557 which requires gaming operators to apply for a gaming licence to operate in the market.
The government also outlined the proposed levy on gambling operators in the region, with a tax rate of 12% of gross gaming revenue (GGR). Under the terms of the new regulation, the licensing process could generate 162m annually in state revenue raised from the gaming companies.
Spinomenal became one of a hundred and forty-five gambling companies that applied for a new license when MINCETUR opened the application process for Law no 31557 which came into effect in February this year.
