Sportradar Signs First Turkey Basketball Partnership
Leading sports data firm Sportradar has agreed to a multi-year agreement with the Turkish Basketball Federation.
The partnership will see Sportradar deploy its effective portfolio of solutions, including data collection, integrity services through the Universal Fraud Detection System, and the installation of the Synergy Automated Camera System, featuring motion-based AI video capture technology, across select TBF leagues in 27 locations around the country.
The company will also supply betting video content and data at the domestic and international levels. Sportradar will have international rights to all BSL and TBL games and cup events slated to start this season (2022-23) and domestic rights from 2024-25.
The deal is significant to Sportradar as it marks its first partnership with basketball sports and franchises in Turkey.

The agreement encompasses the primary or first-tier Turkish Basketball Super League, second-tier Turkish Basketball First League, and all cup competitions, including the Presidential Cup.

Last month, Sportradar announced the launch of the Orako solution for new and existing betting looking to create or enhance their sports betting platforms.
