Unibet Launches New User Experience in the Metaverse

Online gambling company Unibet has announced the launch of its virtual platform Unibet Arena, enabling customers to access its products in the Metaverse.

Built-in partnership with The Sandbox, a French online gaming platform, Unibet Arena will allow people to play several sports and casino games like poker, basketball, boxing, and football in the digital environment. Each sport features its own dedicated arena and mechanics for players to explore.

Furthermore, players will be able to compete in 14 different challenges and earn prizes in the process. The Kindred gaming brand has also stated that it would provide a gaming house for players to access its tools in the Metaverse.

In line with our Kindred Value, 'We seek to innovate,' we have decided to explore this new territory. While many 'universes' are available for brands within the Metaverse, we have decided to collaborate with The Sandbox, a French online gaming platform that offers a unique and immersive experience to become the first betting experience in their platform.

Unibet Arena was one of the products that launched during the French Week, a celebratory event where 14 brands exhibited their new products in the Metaverse.

To celebrate the launch and raise awareness about the new experience, Unibet hosted social media contests to reward players with exclusive prizes.

Recently Unibet's parent company Kindred Group was cleared by the NJDGE to launch its proprietary platform in New Jersey.
