Videoslots Gaming Site Promotes Henrik Enesund to Head of Casino
Online gambling operator Videoslots has announced the promotion of Henrik Enesund to the position of Head of Casino.
Enesund has achieved a truly impressive rise through the company in a very short space of time. He began work in Malta for Videoslots just five years ago as a customer service agent. He was then promoted to Casino Coordinator in January 2018 before becoming a Tournament Coordinator in August 2021. Then, one year later, he was promoted again to Casino Team Lead.
In his new role, he will be replacing out-going Timo Thronicke. He will be charged with overseeing Videoslot’s casino, which offers more games and choice to players than any other online casino.
Speaking about his appointment, Enesund said that he has “thoroughly enjoyed” his time so far at the company and that he is greatly looking forward to “continuing the great work of the brilliant Timo as Head of Casino.” Enesund added that he is “immensely proud of my achievements and that of the wider team. I’m also super excited about our plans for 2022 and can’t wait to get started.
Henrik has gone through the ranks quickly at Videoslots. He’s very talented and I’m delighted that he has taken up his new position. I’m also really pleased that we have been able to promote another of our internal high-flyers as the retention of our best employees is one of the secrets to our success here. It bodes very well for the future.
Videoslots is becoming known within the online gaming community for its practice of internal growth and promotion. Last year, 33% of all promotions were internal, and so far this year, 40% of all recruitment has been from within the company.
