Vivid Seats Expands into iGaming with Betcha Sports Merger

Leading online ticket platform, Vivid Seats has completed its acquisition of sports betting app, Betcha Sports, expanding its operations to the online gaming space.

In an all-stock deal valued at $25 million and option for additional payments of up to $40 million, Vivid Seats will now take charge of the Betcha Sports platform and utilize its technological capabilities to attract customers and offer them chances of participating in daily fantasy games.

Betcha Sports was established in 2018 as a daily fantasy sports platform looking to make a huge difference in the industry with its easily navigable interface and social and gamification features. The application’s unique social features allow people to play in groups and with their families and friends.

Vivid Seats and Betcha share a mutual commitment to helping fans experience the thrill of live events combined with a new and innovative yet simple way to play. We could not have found a better partner than Stan and the Vivid Seats team, as we introduce a new gaming experience to millions of Vivid Seats customers.
