888poker Sets the Stage for the XL Autumn Series

Every fall and winter ushers in new experiences and new events, and in the world of online poker, one of the most anticipated events during this time is the XL Autumn Series by 888poker.

XL Autumn Series will start on 17 October

This year, the program will start on October 17 and run through November 1. The 42nd tournament promises to be interesting as it features a schedule of 44 events with a prize pool running into $2 million.

Each tournament in the XL Autumn Series comes with varying buy-in limits, thereby giving players of different budget sizes a chance to participate and win prizes.

The series starts with an opening event consisting of three mini-tournaments. The first is the XL Autumn #1 with a buy-in of $55 and a prize pool of $100,000. Event #2 comes with a $20,000 prize pool and a very low $16.50 buy-in, while the last event, Event #3- the Late Opening tournament features a buy-in of $33 and a $15,000 prize pool.

Other tournaments in the online poker schedule include Deepstacks, PKOs, and more Omaha action in 6-max and 8-max events. The main event of the XL Autumn Aeries features a Mini and Standard Main version.

The Mini version has a $33 buy-in and a massive prize pool of $50,000. But it is the prize pool of the Main event that blows one mind away: $1 million, and players only need to purchase a buy-in of $1,050 to opt in the event. While the Mini version takes place on October 31, the standard main event kicks off a day after- November 1.

To qualify for any of the XL Autumns Series tournaments, you need to have an 888poker account. 888 Holdings (LON: 888), operator of 888poker and 888casino, also offers players a chance to earn tickets for little money or even for free through their bargain-priced satellites or daily freerolls.
