iGaming and lottery provider Scientific Games has promoted Andrew Jackson to the role of Vice President of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

Having been with Scientific Games since 1999, Jackson has contributed almost 25 years of industry expertise to the company. Before his new appointment, he was most recently the firm’s Director of Quality, Compliance, and R&D.

Jackson’s new position comes with responsibilities that include spearheading Scientific Games' worldwide ESG strategy and advancing the company’s initiatives in environmental and product sustainability, supplier diversity, and social responsibility.

With the new role, Scientific Games aims to strengthen its ESG commitment across five pillars, including community benefits, empowerment of employees and partners, promotion of healthy play and lottery literacy, reduction of environmental impact, and adherence to integrity in operations.

Players’ Club Rewards Program for SCEL

Scientific Games is a leading supplier of digital games, mobile apps, player loyalty programs, and various digital products and services catering to the global lottery industry. The developer launched the world’s first secure lottery retail instant game in 1974 as well as the first digital game in the U.S. in 2014.

Last December, the company launched a Players’ Club Rewards program for the South Carolina Education Lottery (SCEL). The achievement-based program comes with a range of features that allow players to enter both instant and draw game tickets for cash and thrilling prizes.

The provider also integrated its customer relationship management (CRM) services and business intelligence tools into the initiative to empower SCEL to create highly engaging player interactions and personalized experiences.
