Bally’s Corporation Becomes 8th Member of ROGA

ROGA was established in March 2024 by seven of the largest US legal online gaming operators, including BetMGM, bet365, DraftKings, Fanatics Betting and Gaming, FanDuel, Hard Rock Digital and PENN Entertainment. By joining ROGA, Bally’s Corporation becomes the eighth founding member of the group.
By bringing Bally’s into the fold, ROGA can better fulfill its objective of promoting responsible online gaming by funding research, developing industry guidelines, and conducting consumer education and awareness campaigns. The trade association is headed by Dr. Jennifer Shatley, a renowned expert in responsible gaming.
Shatley also serves as the President of the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling and a member of the National Council on Problem Gambling. She is also the Co-Chair of the American Gaming Association’s Compliance Review Board for Responsible Marketing Code in Sports Wagering.
We are thrilled to welcome Bally’s to ROGA — further demonstrating the collaborative effort of the iGaming and online sports betting industry to keep all forms of online gaming entertaining and fun for every American.
