In a detailed breakdown of the main features of the new OneWatch terminals, Global Racing highlighted the platform has a single dashboard and has data from each terminal being compiled into a central database.
The terminals provide a large amount of data and indicators in real-time, which can use flags to show the level of player safety with gambling, including health reports.
The OneWatch platform can give operators a historical view of play by customers and how the betting terminals are performing. There are also tools from third parties that can be integrated with the dashboard in an automated process.
