BetMGM Sportsbook Goes Live in Illinois

MGM Resorts (NYSE: MGM) and Entain-owned (LON: ENT) sportsbook BetMGM has announced the launch of its mobile sports app in Illinois.

With the unveiling of its sports betting services in the jurisdiction, BetMGM members in the land of Lincoln would be able to bet on a range of markets and claim rewards via their mobile devices.

The Illinois launch makes 22 states that BetMGM would be running its sports operations. Other states in the operator's bag include Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, etc. Its owner companies have been investing hundreds of millions in BetMGM with the goal of rapid expansion.

The BetMGM app allows players to wager on games easily with customizable features, in-play, futures, and other betting options.

It also features a Game Parlay option that allows customers to combine bets on a particular game to earn bigger payouts. Players can also participate in free contests during notable sporting tournaments and win rewards.

In addition, the app allows players to explore the Game Parlay option. This feature accords customers the right to incorporate their wagers on a single game to have multiple payouts.

To boost the quality of their rewards, Illinois punters can participate in the BetMGM Rewards program, where they can earn points that can be redeemed for free visits and experiences at MGM Resorts locations across the United States.
