Playtech Partners with Checkin.com to Improve Conversions

Checkin.com has created onboarding technology that offers localized sign-up processes together with fast and secure identity verification powered by AI and machine learning. The technology is set to be integrated into Playtech’s platform and it will then become available to all of Playtech’ operators through the SaaS partner program.

Checkin.com’s product replaces traditional user registration flows with a new AI-driven processes that is localized to the user’s country and optimized for the device. The system is currently compatible with 165 countries and has been designed to comply with all local regulations. By using camera-based scanning of ID documents, passports, proof of address, and biometry, it is able to greatly simplify the Know Your Customer process.
