Green Jade and GameCo Agree on Merger
Green Jade Games and GameCo have signed an agreement to merge as the Green Jade Group.
The two iGaming developers decided to come together to dominate the differentiated games vertical. They aim to offer a varied and comprehensive catalog of content focused on higher LtV and new players. The titles from the new combined entity will range from slots and arcades to table games and crash games.
Jesper Kärrbrink, Chairman of Green Jade, will become the Chief Executive of the Green Jade Group, while the current GameCo's Chairman, Robert Montgomery, will become the group's Chairman.
We have followed GameCo for quite some time and we are big fans of what the company has achieved to date, and I'm confident that together we are going to create unstoppable momentum with some very exciting times ahead.
With the merger, the brand will be able to scale rapidly to meet the growing demands of its products in the global iGaming industry, especially in Europe and North America.
Green Jade and GameCo are together a great strategic fit. Both companies have respectively trailblazed a new way of looking at casino games and have established a strong reputation for producing really amazing content. I am proud of everything we have achieved so far at GameCo, and I am confident this merger will propel the new group to the next level.
Earlier this year, Green Jade Games appointed Mattias Lindahl as its new Head of Development and Janis Sliede as Head of Content Creation. In July 2022, the games studio joined Pariplay's Fusion aggregation platform.
