Hipther Celebrates Success of MARE BALTICUM Gaming Summit
The Hipther Agency, the respected organizer of gambling industry events, is celebrating the success of its recent MARE BALTICUM Gaming Summit while simultaneously preparing for the Prague Gaming Summit that will be taking place in June.
The MARE BALTICUM event took place earlier in May in Vilnius, Lithuania, and while it was the fifth edition of the event, it was the first in-person event to take place since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020.
With sponsors such as Tom Horn, Endorphina, and Nordic Gambling, the event featured a full day of panel discussions and presentations from leading industry figures and attracted a huge audience. Amongst the speakers were Dainis Niedra (Managing Director Central & Eastern Europe at Enlabs), Kaido Ulejev (Commercial Director CEECA at Betsson Group), and Maria McDonald (Managing Partner at Nordic Gambling).
In addition to discussions and networking opportunities were the Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Awards (BSG). There were 28 award categories, and the winners included Betsson, which was awarded Best Sports Betting Operator in the Nordics 2022, Altenar, which won Best Sports Betting Provider in The Baltics 2022, and BetGames, which won Best Live Casino Provider.
It was a pleasure to provide the industry with the MARE BALTICUM Gaming Summit – proving to be the region’s first proper in-person gaming conference in three years. Whilst we have always been aware of the value of the networking opportunities, panel discussions, and BSG awards, we were thrilled to see the demand of the summit translated into a sell-out event, with a wonderful opportunity to bring everyone back together. With just one month to go, we are now gearing up for the Prague Gaming Summit, which has also grown year on year. This is a key event in the Central and Eastern European region and one of our longest-standing conferences. We aim to bring a wealth of information within quality networking spaces as well as a focus on the DACH region’s main regulatory updates.
Next month’s Prague Gaming Summit will be Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)’s biggest betting and gaming industry conference. Taking place on 21 June, the iGaming event will be held at Vienna House in Prague’s Andel district.
