Kindbridge and US Integrity Collaborate to Provide Mental Health Service
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:Kindbridge Behavioral Health (Kindbridge), the mental health service provider, has announced a collaboration with US Integrity and its ProhiBet service to provide help and support for athletes with gambling-related issues.
US Integrity, the monitoring platform, has partnered with Odds on Compliance to produce the ProhiBet service, which is a service that monitors players and coaches in sports and prevents them from gambling on prohibited sports.
The partnership between Kindbridge and USI through its ProhiBet product is that it offers a specific platform to send players that may be flagged as vulnerable or at risk from gambling-related harm. This means players can get clinical counseling for their mental health, especially if they have gambling problems and behavioral addictions.
This partnership truly completes the evolution of a comprehensive athlete wrap-around service for teams and leagues. The amalgamation of betting monitoring services, education, and streamlined access to care for athletes represents a monumental stride toward ensuring the enduring integrity of sports nationwide.
Kindbridge to Provide Support to Vulnerable Athletes
The purpose of this collaboration is to help provide athletes and coaches of major sports another service to help with their well-being from gambling-related harm.
The administrators of major professional and college sports have recently tried to introduce a greater awareness of gambling rules to players and believe players' education of the strict gam-bling rules governing sports athletes helps these athletes avoid breaching any gaming regulations.
The ProhiBet service has been set up to monitor players and coaching staff of major sports teams and identify communications and any betting activities by these players.
The addition of Kindbridge and its mental well-being platform gives players a more complete service when dealing with gambling-related issues.
