Walker picked up his winning 200X The Cash ticket at the Food Lion in Locust, where he is employed. On the day of his incredible win, he visited the store’s lottery vending machine before starting his shift. Walker felt an inexplicable urge to choose a particular ticket. As he scratched it, he was shocked by what he saw.
