Neccton’s Mentor Software Arrives at Bingoal
The Belgian gambling operator Bingoal has signed an agreement to use Neccton’s mentor software at its Dutch online casino and sportsbook.
Bingoal brings its members a large variety of casino games as well as a packed sportsbook. The introduction of the mentor software is designed to help them enjoy the products safely and responsibly.
Neccton’s mentor software makes use of real-time data analysis to track possible problem gambling and to help both players and operators identify issues as early as possible. It looks for signs such as a significant increase in deposit frequency and amount and then alerts both the operator and player to help them make better-informed decisions.
The software also has modules that deal with Fraud, AML, and a CRM, allowing operators to address many issues.
