Panagiotis Chryssovitsanos Steps Up from COO to Be Named as CEO of Quickspin
The Swedish company Quickspin, a leading slot games developer, has named Panagiotis Chryssovitsanos as its new CEO, taking over from Daniel Lindberg, who has stepped down.
Chryssovitsanos is being promoted to the role after spending nearly 10 years at Quickspin, part of the Playtech Group. His latest position at the company was as Chief Operating Officer after initially joining Quickspin as Chief Technology Officer in 2013. Before his stint at Quickspin, Chryssovitsanos spent over 10 years gaining gaming industry experience in senior leadership positions.

Daniel Lindberg, the outgoing CEO, is also one of the founders of Quickspin in 2011, and the company has grown into one of the industries leading developers, boasting a portfolio of 95 titles and adding 1 to 2 slots a month for the rest of the year.
Lindberg feels now is the time to hand over the running of the company. He will, however, remain on the board of the company to lend support to Chryssovitsanos as he grows accustomed to his new role as CEO.
