Score Penalties with Yggdrasil’s New Firekick! MultiMax Slot
Yggdrasil Gaming has become the latest developer to release a football-themed slot ahead of the FIFA World Cup, Firekick! MultiMax.
It is a 5-reel slot with 243 ways to win and the high volatility game gives players the chance to win up to 10,000x through unlimited payout multipliers, an avalanche feature and bonus Firekicks.
The slot uses the popular MultiMax mechanic. This gives players the chance to win big as reel multipliers are increases by either +1, +2 or +3 each time a wild symbol lands. When players form a win, then the reel multiplier is applied to the payout.
Each time a winning combination lands, the winning symbols are removed from the reels to allow more to fall from above. This could lead to more winning combinations landing and the process can repeat itself indefinitely.
The free spins begin when at least three scatter symbols land on the reels. Players have the chance to boost the bonus with a gamble feature. In the feature, players take penalties against a goalkeeper and it is during this bonus that Yggdrasil’s Firekick can trigger. This will guarantee that the penalty is scored, even if a player has chosen the wrong direction.
