Slots and Live Gameshows Merge in Evolution’s New Extra Chilli Epic Spins
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:Evolution, the iGaming giant best known for its live casino product, has announced the release of Extra Chilli Epic Spins. It is a one of a kind game that merges live and slots into a gameshow themed upon the popular Extra Chilli slot from Big Time Gaming.
The new game has been described as “real-time slots with friends”, and it brings together the six-reel Megaways mechanic from Extra Chilli and the live gameshow atmosphere. The game also features a horizontal reel at the bottom of the screen and it may contain wild symbols to help players form wins.
The action in Evolution's game takes place in a Mexican market and the game starts with the regular slot base game. All players are betting on the same round and have five consecutive spins. Players may also receive payout multipliers and they can win up to 16 free spins by forming the word ‘HOT’ on the reels. The game then moves to the Gamble Wheel phase. The game’s host spins two physical wheels and players have the chance to take part in up to four additional free spins and collect even more multipliers.

Haushalter went on to describe the game as being “packed full of fun”. He said that they wanted to offer “physical, in-studio experiences” that are not possible when playing regular slots and as such, Extra Chilli Epic Spins, “is all alone in a new slot category”.
