Athletes Unlimited Inks Deal with Sportradar Integrity Services

Athletes Unlimited has partnered with global sports data and media content supplier Sportradar Integrity Services (SIS) to protect its games from match-fixing and betting-related corruption.

Sportradar Integrity Services is a subsidiary of Sportradar, which offers services designed to uphold the fairness and integrity of sports competitions. Through their innovations, they analyze irregular betting behavior and discover potential evidence of corruption. A couple of months back, Sportradar entered into a similar deal with the Swiss Handball Federation.

Under the terms of its partnership with SIS, Athletes Unlimited will benefit from the supplier’s innovative tools like the Universal Fraud Detection System to monitor and report suspicious betting patterns. The system will also offer a series of education and prevention services, conduct integrity audits on Athletes Unlimited’s current policies, and assist with any potential integrity threats. The deal will also see Athletes Unlimited use the SIS four-point process to safeguard its sporting events from match-fixing and corruption.

SIS tools are, without a doubt, legendary and effective in the sports industry. Last year, the platform revealed over 900 suspicious matches to its partners, totaling 6,900 witnessed over the previous 17 years.

Sportradar, the parent company of SIS, has been actively involved in women’s sports. The online gaming provider has partnered with organizations ranging in sports like football, basketball, tennis, and golf. The gaming data giant ended 2021 with Maryland and Wisconsin licenses in the bag amidst other US states’ approvals.
