Super Group Revenues Increase to €1.32 Billion in 2021 Up 45%
The release of the Super Group financial results for 2021 has shown a rise in the group’s revenue of 45%. Betway, the online gaming operator, and Spin, the online casino, are both subsidiaries of Super Group and saw their combined revenues increase to €1.32 billion in 2021 from €908 million in the prior year.
The revenue increases led to a profit for the year of €235.9 million compared to €149.2 million in the prior year. Also, the industry adjusted EBITDA has risen by 60% in 2021 to €289.5 million from €180.8 million in the prior year.
The report indicated that these improved results were due to strong growth over the year. Super Group increased its partnerships in 2021 to over 70 “active deals” in 17 regions. These included deals to raise the profile of the Groups brands by partnering with teams in the National Hockey League (NHL) and National Basketball Association (NBA) in North America.
The report also stated that Super Group were keeping an eye on growth and were excited about the plans they have for 2022.

These comparison figures are over the last ‘comparative year’ due to the effects of Covid on the trading figures and are referred to as the prior year in the report.
