FanDuel to Refresh Portfolio Following BeyondPlay Acquisiton
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:FanDuel, part of the Flutter Entertainment group, has announced the acquisition of BeyondPlay, the B2B technology content provider to iGaming operators. However, as yet neither party has revealed the financial terms of the deal.
It stated that the BeyondPlay brand has been absorbed into the FanDuel Casino division of the group. FanDuel Casino enjoyed 26% of the market share in North America in the last report quarter; senior management at the group feels that gambling industry acquisitions like that may help increase the company’s market share in this vertical.
