LiveScore Group Announces the 100% Purchase of Wonderlabz
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:LiveScore Group, the sports betting and data provider, has announced the purchase of Wonderlabz, the South Africa-based software development company.
Livescore is made up of three main brands: LiveScore Bet, Virgin Bet, and LiveScore, the sports data specialist. The Livescore Group already had a 25% share in Wonderlabz and has now taken full 100% ownership of the development studio.
The sports betting provider is promoting this strategically planned gambling acquisition, listing the Wonderlabz industry-leading products, Lithium PAM, and back-office platform services as reasons for the purchase. Plus, Wonderlabz played an important role in the development of the key digital platforms and apps for the LiveScore brands of LiveScore and LiveScore Bet.

LiveScore Group Progress after £50m Cash Injection
The LiveScore Group boasts of the rapid progress it has achieved in the past year. Just a year ago, Swiss-based media and tech firm Ringier AG made a strategic investment of £50 million into the LiveScore Group.
The 100% acquisition of Wonderlabz gives the group the capability of software development and brings technology services inhouse to the group.
