Pointsbet is to launch its online casino in Pennsylvania. The latest development is a result of the company receiving approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB). PointsBet, originally founded in Australia, is a leading online casino and sportsbook operator with steady growth in North America. The operator has also struck sponsorship deals with multiple sports teams in a bid to boost brand awareness.
One of the requirements of the PGCB when granting the license is that Pointsbet must have a two-day soft launch of their online casino. Once the soft launch has been completed, Pointsbet is free to carry on and go live with the new online casino site.
