Leading sports technology provider Sportradar has completed the acquisition of VAIX Limited, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions firm.
Sportradar had been VAIX's partner for over two years before deciding to acquire the AI service provider. The two brands inked a multi-year agreement that saw Sportradar integrate VAIX AI technology into its Managed Trading Services (MTS) service.
