Sportradar Announces the Acquisition of VAIX

Leading sports technology provider Sportradar has completed the acquisition of VAIX Limited, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions firm.

Sportradar had been VAIX's partner for over two years before deciding to acquire the AI service provider. The two brands inked a multi-year agreement that saw Sportradar integrate VAIX AI technology into its Managed Trading Services (MTS) service.

The MTS solution is an advanced trading, risk, live odds and liability management offering that helps improve gaming operators' profits and margins with increased efficiency and risk management.

Sportradar's integration of VAIX's AI learning capabilities helps operators already subscribed to the MTS solution get more personalized insights and suggestions regarding user preferences.

The acquisition of VAIX will help improve its services and AI capabilities to its partner operators in several regulated jurisdictions like Ontario, Maryland and Wisconsin.

VAIX products with their Artificial Intelligence and algorithms are now being natively integrated as part of the Sportradar Sportsbook platform, enhancing our data analytics, promotions system and player personalization. All Managed Betting Services customers will enjoy a faster and simplified integration.
