Work Starts on the $550 Million Las Vegas Strip Dream Hotel and Casino

The Dream Hotel Group and developers, Shopoff Realty Investments, and Contour held a recent ground-breaking ceremony to mark the start of the Dream Las Vegas hotel and casino. Some of the attendees at the event were senior leadership members of the investors and local politicians.

The $550 million project is situated on the Las Vegas Strip close to the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign and is due to open towards the end of 2024.

There will be a 20,000-square-foot gaming and casino floor, as well as a single tower hotel with over 500 rooms. The entertainment facilities at the new resort will include several bars, a café, a 24-hour diner, a sporting club, and a nightclub.

Plus, the new hotel and casino will have 12,000 square feet of meetings and events space and a large ballroom. It is anticipated that the new project will generate around 4,000 new casino and construction jobs.
