Allwyn to Offer National Lottery Scratchcard Delivery Through Gopuff
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:
Allwyn, which took over operation of the UK National Lottery in February 2024 under a 10-year licence, confirmed a partnership with Gopuff to sell and deliver scratchcards alongside groceries, snacks and other convenience items. The service will be available in 16 cities initially, with deliveries promising to arrive in as little as 15 minutes in participating locations.
Under the new arrangement, customers will be able to order up to 10 scratchcards per delivery – matching the current in-store purchase limit – and will be required to complete age verification at point of sale to ensure compliance with gambling-age rules. Allwyn said the offering followed a pilot launched last month in selected areas that produced immediate consumer interest.
