PokerStars Offerings Now Available in Greece
Flutter Entertainment (LON: FLTR) company PokerStars has launched its product in Greece after the business was awarded a full operating license by the Hellenic Gaming Commission in July last year.
The license enables PokerStars to legally offer online sports betting, real and play poker games, tournaments, and several other gambling services in the jurisdiction.

The offers will help promote Flutter Entertainment brands like PokerStars, PokerStars Sports, and PokerStars Casino in Greece. They will be available for download across all devices, including iOS, Android, tablets, and desktops.
Launching PokerStars under a full local license in Greece follows months of hard work from teams across the business. With the latest development, Flutter International seeks to expand its services within the European market. The company recently opened its second central base in the Spanish city of Ceuta to strengthen its presence in the region.
Alongside Betfair, a brand of FTSE 100 gambling group, the company has been operating online gambling businesses in the jurisdiction since 2011. Last month, PokerStars purchased Sisal from CVC capital in a deal worth €1.9 billion, which was a significant move in the Italian market.
