This, together with a rewarding mixed symbols feature, ensures plenty of excitement on every spin. Get all the information on this slot from Platipus in our 9 Gems slot review below.

A Classic Slot with a Modern Twist

9 Gems is a 5-reel slot with 3 rows and 5 fixed paylines. Payouts are won by landing enough matching symbols from left to the right along a payline, and the mixed symbols feature makes this a bit easier.

The reels of 9 Gems slot are populated with a number of traditional symbols, such as 7s and Bars. However, there are also double 7s and double Bars, and payouts are awarded for a mixture of symbols. For example, landing two double 7s together with a single 7 awards a win, meaning that there are several different possible winning combinations.

In addition, the 9 Gems slot game offers six fixed jackpot prizes, and this, together with the slot’s other features, are explained in greater detail later in this review.

A 9 Gems Slot Theme to Bring You Luck

The 9 Gems slot machine very much builds upon the theme of classic slots with a splash of Ireland mixed in. Together with traditional symbols, such as 7s and Bars, there are also four-leaf clovers and, of course, magical green gems. The theme is brought to life with bright and clear graphics, while the gameplay is enlivened by enjoyable animations and sound effects, which ensure that it remains engaging at all times.

The Best Slot Playing Tips

All slots are essentially games of luck, which means that there are no strategies that you can use. However, you know that this is a low volatility slot, which means that small payouts should arrive regularly, and this will help keep your bankroll topped up. As a result, you may choose to place slightly larger bets on each spin. However, you should always ensure that you only ever bet an affordable amount and never gamble with money that you can’t afford to lose.

If you like the design of this slot but you feel that the theme isn’t right for you, then you may want to try one of Platipus Gaming’s other titles, such as Little Witchy, a Halloween-themed game, or Rhino Mania, which takes you to Africa.
