Taking You Down the Mine
The slot has a mining theme. It sees players join a goblin in the mine, and the theme is brilliantly brought to life. The transparent reels are set deep underground in a cave lit by lanterns. An occasional mine cart goes past in the background while the entrance to the mine can be seen just above the reels. The atmosphere is enhanced by the soundtrack and sound effects, and there are enjoyable animations whenever a win lands on the reels.

How to Play Cave of Gold Slot
Getting started playing Cave of Gold couldn’t be easier. There is a button under the reels labelled ‘Bet’, simply click on it to set your bet per spin. Remember, the bet will always be a multiplier of 30 as there are 30 fixed paylines.
Once you have set your bet, just click on the central spin button, which is flanked by pickaxes, to set the reels spinning. Cave of Gold Slot Bonus Features
Cave of Gold’s bonus symbol is a green potion known as a Nitro symbol, and it can land in single, double, and triple versions. Above each reel, there is a meter, and when a bonus symbol lands underneath it, it is filled according to the symbol. For example, if a double Nitro symbol lands, then the meter goes up by two. When the meter reaches three, then the reel underneath becomes a Persistent Wild for the next three spins. In other words, the entire symbol becomes wild.
Each time a Persistent Wild is triggered, the countdown for any other Persistent Wilds already present resets to three, meaning that the feature can be extended. If there are two, three, or four Persistent Wild reels, then a multiplier of x2, x3, or x4 is awarded, respectively. If all five reels become Persistent Wilds then a bonus prize of 200 times the bet is awarded, and the reels all return to normal. If you change your bet, then the meters and any Persistent Wild reels are saved.
Landing three, four, or five of the treasure chest scatter symbols awards 15, 20, or 25 free spins, respectively. Any Persistent Wilds are carried over to the free spins (and from the free spins back to the base game). A Grand Nitro Meter is added during the free spins, and it is also filed by the Nitro symbols. If it reaches three, then the Explode feature may trigger at random and add Bomb Wild symbols to random positions on the reels.
The number of Bomb Wilds added will be equal to the number shown on the counter, and the Grand Nitro Meter resets to 0. However, if the Grand Nitro Meter reaches 15, then the Grand Reward of 500 times the bet, the slot’s top payout, is awarded, and the counter reset.
