OKTO Acquires Flexia Payments after G2E Showcase

OKTO, the gaming digital payment provider, has announced it has acquired the US-based Flexia Payments.

Flexia Payments is a specialty fintech company and OKTO has outlined the strategic reasons it has purchased it purchased the payments provider. The main reason stated by OKTO is that by acquiring Flexia Payments, the company hopes to achieve expansion into North American markets and believes this will be rapidly increased with the Flexia Payments brand.

Flexia came to the attention of OKTO during this year's industry event, the Global Gaming Expo (G2E), where the fintech company was demonstrating its cashless system. OKTO Looks to Combine Casino and Online Accounts

One of the flagship products from Flexia is called the Flexia Prepaid Mastercard, which it promotes as a single digital payment solution.

OKTO states it believes there is scope to advance this product, which it says gives customers the ability to combine casino and online wagering accounts and loyalty programs.
