In a bid to solidify its position as a premier entertainment destination in the region, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino has proudly announced the completion of the second phase of its ambitious $190 million renovation project.

Skywalk VIP and Dining

The expansion features two new gaming areas, ElevenHundred and the Atrium, showcasing a dazzling array of slot machines, table games, fresh bars, and restaurants.

The spotlight of this transformation shines on the casino's Skywalk level, which now boasts an eclectic array of dining and gaming options. One standout addition is the captivating Street Eatz restaurant, offering a delectable fusion of flavors for patrons seeking a culinary adventure.

Meanwhile, The 1833 Club, a VIP haven tailored exclusively for Potawatomi's diamond and emerald club members, beckons with its luxurious ambiance and top-tier service.

The second phase of renovations also introduced Rock & Brews and Cream City Coffee Co., inviting guests to savor their favorite libations and brews in a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. These developments follow the earlier launches of a temporary sportsbook and the Potawatomi Marketplace food hall space, both conveniently located on the ground floor.

Exclusive Gaming

The newly unveiled gaming areas are nothing short of spectacular. The ElevenHundred gaming room stands out with its grandeur, housing an impressive array of 600 new slot machines. Ortiz emphasized the impact of ElevenHundred, saying, "I really believe the ElevenHundred Bar really resets the stage for the entire city. You have to come see this bar – the elements, the decor, the LED, the integration, the lighting and, last but not least, a first-class list of specialty drinks."

For Potawatomi's most esteemed patrons, the exclusive 1833 Club offers an unparalleled experience. Reserved for diamond and emerald-level Fire Keeper’s Club members, this enclave is adorned with more slot machines, bartop slots, a sportsbook kiosk, and high-limit tables.

Ortiz underlined the club's significance, noting, "To make sure that we recognize our best customers, our best guests, we wanted to make sure that they were amazed and had a place that they could call their own. This room by far has the highest-end decor and the most attention put to provide elevated VIP service."

While the 1833 Club soft-opened recently, it is now fully open to emerald and diamond members, allowing them to indulge in the lap of luxury.

Anticipation is already being built for the next phase of the renovation project, which is slated to unveil a new sportsbook and a poker room by May 2024. As Potawatomi Hotel & Casino continues to raise the stakes, it affirms its commitment to delivering world-class entertainment experiences to its cherished patrons and the greater Milwaukee community.
