With his leadership, GNOG emerged as a leading operator in New Jersey, securing top market share and prominence in the state.
Following its successful IPO debut, GNOG was acquired by DraftKings for $1.5 billion; Winter then led and executed online casino strategy for the company until September 2023.
Before establishing GNOG, Winter served as COO and subsequently CEO and Director of Betclic and Expekt, two leading European betting and iGaming brands.
